How to Measure
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
- Shoulder: Measure straight across the back from one shoulder point to the other.
- Shirt length: Measure from the highest shoulder point down to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

Choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit. For a closer fit, compare the measurements with a shirt you already own and like.
